Because we receive so many requests for donations, we have narrowed the focus of our product and merchandise contributions for the year. We typically only donate goods and services. Our goal is to support and promote events and organizations working towards:

Children’s Basic Needs – Health, Education, & Economic Security

We support our local schools through our reading incentive program, Read it & Eat it! This reading award program is for K-6 grade students. We provide FREE coupons good for a single scoop of ice cream for the students who meet their reading goals. You set the award level; 1 book a month, a certain number of pages, whatever! We’ll provide the coupons and the ice cream, you provide the students… Contact us for more information.

A limited amount of our ice cream benevolence will also be dedicated to:

World Peace Through Understanding
Family Farming
Environmental Concerns
Economic Disparity

To best meet your ice cream needs, we ask that all requests be submitted, in writing, at least six weeks before your scheduled event. If possible, send your letter on your organization’s letterhead. Feel free to also enclose any additional information about your program or event.

Please be sure to include the following in your letter:

· Name of the Organization
· Event Organizer / Contact Person (include phone, e-mail and address info)
· City or Town
· Date of the Event
· What you are requesting
· How our contribution will be used (auctioned, donated, sold, etc.) and who benefits
· Number of people expected to attend and/or impacted

Please remember that while are hearts are dedicated to supporting our community, our physical resources sometimes limit our ability.

You can send your request to any of our stores by e-mail or traditional mail. We evaluate requests on a regular basis. Due to the overwhelming number of requests that we receive, we unfortunately don't have the ability to respond to every request. Contact us

While there are many good causes to support we typically only work with groups in our local area. Please consider this when requesting a donation. If you are looking for donations on a more global level please contact Ben & Jerry's Corporate.
